The OCS Program requires that students earn 225 community-based hours prior to graduation. Students earn their community-based hours by going out on job sites and working with various businesses. Each student works 6 weeks and then we rotate them to a new job so they can obtain various job skills. We work with local day cares, grocery stores, restaurants, and educational offices.
The revised requirements are applicable to students who entered 9th grade for the first time in the 2014-2015 school year.
