Mr. Rada originally hails from Western New York, where he earned his BA in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo. He followed with his teaching certifications from Buffalo State College.  Knowing that he would move to another state eventually, he started applying in NC and even traveled to UNCW For a job fair.  Soon enough, Charles B. Aycock High School was in need of a Chemistry teacher, and Mr. Rada answered the call. The rest is history.

Mr. Rada finds his home in room 605 in the new wing, with his neighbors Mr. Gray, a fellow science teacher, and Mr. Thorne, super-genius and engineering teacher.

M. Rada is also the Science Club adviser and Science Olympiad coach.
